And now it's in print.

The magnificent @hannahbabble's photographs from our launch are up on Flickr. -

Can’t thank her anywhere near enough, but we’ll try. In the meantime, let it be known that we think Hannah is pretty much made from magic.

Last chance to pre order!

You can secure your copy of And Now It’s In Print in two ways: by attending the launch this Thursday the 24th of June or you can purchase a copy and we will mail it out to anywhere in the world.

If you particularly like what we’re doing and want to help offset some of our losses feel free to donate a little extra.

We’re going to be closing off pre-orders at 10am Australian Eastern Standard Time on Wednesday the 23rd of June. That means you’ve got about 20 hours to sort yourself out.

You can preorder via the Paypal button in the left hand column of this website.

Hop to it!

Ned

It’s here!

It’s here!

Delivery imminent

Just had a call from the printers to let us know that the papers are in a truck and being delivered to the And Now It’s In Print Offices (in reality the Floate Design Partners studio).

We’ve had literally hundreds of RSVP’s for the launch and a large number of pre-sales – largely from people outside Australia. This is particularly gratifying to us. It’s wonderful to think that people abroad are interested in our project, and we look forward to posting your copies to you.

To that end, we’re doing one last push for pre-sales. If you’re unable to attend the launch, where copies will be given away for free, the only way to get your hands on a copy of And Now It’s In Print will be to buy one from the link on the left-hand side of our web-page. Yes, we’ll mail anywhere in the world. No, we won’t include a box of Tim-Tams.

Sales will be closing the morning of the launch, so that’s about 48 hours from now to get yourself a reserved copy and support And Now It’s In Print!

Again, thanks for your support, for your suggestions, and for following along.

Internet, meet Brian. Brian, meet Internet. Brian’s the managing director of Invicium Print Management. He’s currently making sure that everything goes to plan and that the right pages go in the right order on our publication. We give him that envelope (it’s got all kinds of stuff in it), and he’ll make sure it gets back to us as 500 newspapers next week. So we love Brian.
Thanks, Brian (and thanks to Kay and the rest of the team down there too).
This is where we give Brian and Invicium a plug and tell you that if you need people in Melbourne, Australia to handle your print, fulfilment and distribution, you should give them a call and tell them we sent you. They’ve been great supporters of our project and we can’t thank them enough.

So close we can taste it.

We’ll we’ve finally pushed through the wall after spending all weekend nailed to our desks. With tight self imposed deadlines we actually look like hitting. Its starting to feel real and we are very excited to see/review and revise our first draft.

Thanks so much for all the support and help from all involved, its been a great start to this journey.
